Laura Gladys

I am a licensed massage therapist with over 20 years of experience in the field. I received my certification through the Blue Heron Academy of Healing Arts and Science, where I completed more than 600 hours of training in medical massage, anatomy, physiology, kinesiology, physiotherapy, and various therapeutic modalities. In addition, I completed a clinical internship as part of my training. Since becoming certified in 2004, I have focused on providing high-quality care in relaxation, deep tissue, trigger point therapy and therapeutic massage. I am passionate about helping clients achieve better health and well-being through personalized, results-driven bodywork. I joined the team at Total Health Systems in 2013 and am proud to be part of a dedicated, multi-specialty wellness center.
