Many people start out the year with great intentions, and start going to the gym. But once inside the gym, there is a lot of wandering around and not a lot of focused work. This is because of uncertainty as to what to do.  Whether you work out at home or at a gym, come and learn what goes into a good fitness program.

 

  • You will learn basics of a fun, functional and effective fitness routine.
  • We will be covering resistance training, cardio training, and flexibility.
  • Learn why you don’t want to get into the same repetitive routine.
  • How much resistance training should you do?
  • Should you do low weight, high weight, low reps or high reps?
  • What’s better, running or the elliptical?
  • Should you stretch before or after your workout?
