		<description>Some things that I have accomplished thus far for 2012 include:

Get a BIA test
Scheduling myself a massage one time a month
Buy a heart rate monitor
Work out 3 days a week at work, one day cardio, 2 day TRX. 60 minutes
Continue to work out at home 2-3 days a week. 20-50mintues
Meet with Laurie to discuss goals short and long term 
Meet with Laurie to discuss workout plan after monitoring my heart rate at different zones


Not sure if I am going to do the 5K , still thinking about it.</description>
